Lara Dutta made a lesser known debut in Kollywood with 'Arasatchi', a film which had Arjun in the lead. Now the beauty queen turned actress is all set to kick start her second innings here.

As reported earlier, Lara will be playing one of the leading ladies in Bejoy Nambiar’s upcoming venture titled 'David'. The film is based on two people from completely different backgrounds with the same name.

Lara began shooting for the project a few days ago and is quite excited since this is her first project after being a mommy. "Off to shoot for Bejoy Nambiar’s David. Being shot in Hindi and Tamil simultaneously! Unique experience of shooting in two languages!" wrote Lara on her microblogging page.

"Felt good 2b back on set! Team 'David' is an easy, enthusiastic crew 2 work with!Was a tough day for mom though, away from her daughter" she wrote once she was back.
