Movie bosses want Twilight stars reunion

29th August 2012

Twilight bosses are reportedly "holding out" to see if Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will rekindle their romance.

Executives at Summit Entertainment are quietly hoping a reunion will take place between the stars of the vampire franchise. The couple apparently split after Kristen admitted cheating on Robert with married director Rupert Sanders.

It has been claimed studio honchos are waiting to see how the stars relationship unfolds before organising press activities ahead of the release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2. The final movie in the series is out in November.

"The studio's holding out to see if they get back together. But I don't think anyone is banking on that happening," an insider revealed to the New York Post. "At this point, the press strategy would have been mapped out. It's usually very organised, but at this time it's undecided."

A spokesperson at Summit Entertainment refused to comment on the personal lives of the Twilight cast. However, they reassured audience members that they are their number one priority.

"We're moving full steam ahead," the representative said. "We are confident the film delivers amazing entertainment for our passionate fans and general audience alike."
