(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle says she always watches her bandmate Cheryl Cole on X Factor when shes in the UK.

The 25-year-old Northern Irish beauty - who recently got engaged to American footballer Jason Bell - has been facing increasing speculation about her relationship with fellow Girls Aloud members since the group took a break.

Nadine who splits her time between the UK and US - doesnt understand why people are constantly speculating about whether the group has fallen out and says she regularly watches Cheryl judge the British television talent show.

My problem is, I like it when it gets to the live stages and its past the stage when they are embarrassing everybody, she told the British edition of OK! magazine. I feel so awkward watching it.

She also revealed she contacted her recently-divorced band mate Cheryl when she was dangerously ill with malaria but did not hear back from the star.

I texted to make sure she was alright, Nadine said. But I think she must have been busy or whatever. (C) Cover Media
