The former Femina Miss India 2002 and actress Neha Dhupia has finally crossed the threshhold of the dreaded 30's. Born on 27th August, 1980, she will be turning 31 today.

Born in Cochin, Kerala, to a military family with her father in the Navy, she attended the military schools as a child. She later graduated from Delhi University with honors majoring in History.

Neha's first stint with acting was in a play in New Delhi called Graffiti. She went on to appear in a music video for the Indi-pop band Euphoria and also modelled for various ads. In 2002, to she entered the Femina Miss India Pageant and won the Miss India Universe title and was later sent to Miss Universe where she secured herself in the top 10.

After this she made her Bollywood debut with the film 'Qayamat'. She actually came in peoples' eyes through her controverisal film 'Julie'. Her first international project is with Chris Kattan in IFC's 'Bollywood Hero'. She keeps appearing in the page 3 circuit and as a supporting actress in various movies.
