Social media has become a medium for releases, forums and expressing opinions on each and every aspect of life. Just like this medium showers praises for your work, it also slams if you hurt anybody's sentiments.

Recently actress Neha Dhupia was seen on the receiving end on twitter for one of her tweets.

July 21, 2015 saw heavy rains Mumbai and just like other people she alerted Mumbaikars with her tweet. "Mumbaikars pls be warned traffic outside is terrible,roads r flooded the situation is getting worse by the minute. Step out only if u must!"

However, her second tweet got her slammed within no time. It read, "One rain n the city comes to a standstill. Good governance is not about selfies n makin us do yoga,it's making sure ur citizens r safe."

Well now this agitated the followers of Narendra Modi, who had lately conducted selfie and yoga campaigns in India.

Actress was instantly criticized for her work on celluloid. Immediately she was abused, called dumb, her tweet was considered as her publicity stunt as her acting career went downhill in a very short period of time.

Post all this Neha didn't comment nor did she try to clarify herself to avoid any further consequences.
