The 32-year-old beauty has revealed that she didnt used to feel confident enough to speak to people in her younger years, which is where her love of vocals and music originated from.

The former Pussycat Dolls star is currently dating British racing car driver Lewis Hamilton, and feels thankful that finding herself on stage has led to increasing confidence to reach out to more people in her life.

I was shy as a child, it was like singing was my way of communicating, she told the British edition of OK! magazine.

The international celebrity also divulged that she used to struggle with showing her true nature to people.

But when the born-performer finds herself on a podium in front of a crowd, she feels like she is being re-invigorated again.
