No Driving or Liquor License, a Court's acceptance: Hit and Run Case

18th March 2015

Salman Khan's Hit and Run Case evolved with another proceeding where the session court in Mumbai accepted the record of Salman of not possessing driving licence or a liquor permit at the time of the mishap.

Salman's advocate Shrikant Shivade said that the respective documents should have been produced earlier with chargesheet and not now since the trial is knocking at its end.

About 25 witnesses have been examined and the court also stated that it would soon record Khan's own defence statement. A fresh trial of the actor is being conducted.
