A Chennai Court on Wednesday once again adjourned a case against 'Thupakki'. This time, the case has been postponed to October 5th, Friday.
When the case came up for hearing on Wednesday, the Judge, after hearing arguments, adjourned the case to October 5th.
The case against 'Thupakki' was filed by the producers of a film titled 'Kalla Thupakki', who had alleged that the makers of the Vijay starrer movie had unlawfully registered the titled.
According to them, producers of 'Thupakki', by misusing the influence of Vijay's father S. A. Chandrasekaran, President of Tamil Film Producers Council, registered the title, despite there existing a similar titled film called 'Kalla Thupakki'.
