(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Olivia Wilde says knowing how to fall off a horse saved her life while making Cowboys & Aliens.

The stunning actress stars alongside Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford in the new movie, which is set in Arizona in 1873 as a spaceship arrives to take over Earth starting with the Wild West. The cast were required to take part in several dangerous scenes and Olivia was grateful her riding experience prevented her suffering any serious injuries.

"Oh yeah, it was insane," she told ET. "The good thing is I know how to fall, which may have saved my life in this case."

Daniel was impressed by Olivia's fearless attitude when it came to the stunts. He recalled one sequence when Olivia had fallen off her galloping horse and he feared she might have hurt herself, but was relieved to see she was OK.

"All I saw was Olivia's riderless horse right up next to me," he explained. "But she was great, because she was so brave and she actually managed to tuck and roll and do all the things you're supposed to do that I wouldn't have done if I had fallen off. I would have fallen like a brick and cracked every bone in my body probably. So she was bruised up but she was fine."

"She took a hard fall and she took it like a trooper," added Harrison. (C) Cover Media
