December 7, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): It looks like the producers of upcoming Hollywood venture Albert Nobbs is having a tough time rounding up on the actors for the film. It was first reported that Amanda Seyfried is no longer a part of the film with Mia Wasikowska replacing her in the role of Helen. Now reports in the media claim that original cast member Orlando Bloom is walking out of the project with his likely replacement in Aaron Johnon. Though reasons have not been specified, media reports claim that Orlando Bloom was forced to opt out of Albert Nobbs.
Glenn Close, who has also written the script of the upcoming Hollywood film is also a part of the movies star cast. The story of Albert Nobbs centers on a 19th century Irish woman who has to take on the garb of a man and has to remain in disguise in order to survive in this harsh world. Apart from Mia Wasikowska, Aaron Johnson and Glenn Close, the film also stars Jonathan Rhys-Meyers in an important role. Albert Nobbs has been adopted from 'The Singular Life of Albert Nobbs', a stage production.
Filming work on Albert Nobbs was supposed to begin from this year July but has been stalled because of several changes in the cast and crew members. However, with the cast falling into place, reports suggest that the shooting may begin any time in the near future in Dublin. His fans will wait to watch Aaron Johnson take on the role of Orlando Bloom especially after his new popularity gained through his performances in Kick-Ass and Kick-Ass 2.
