Amanda Bynes has been officially ordered to stop driving with a suspended licence.
The troubled 26-year-old actress was charged with two misdemeanour counts of hit-and-run last week. Following her indictments, the California Department of Motor Vehicles temporarily revoked her driving privileges.
Amanda was stopped by police on Sunday and let go with a warning just days after her licence suspension. She was also photographed driving aimlessly and smoking out of what appeared to be a marijuana pipe this Tuesday.
According to People magazine, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel ordered Amanda to stay off the road at a hearing on Wednesday.
Following the pipe-smoking photographs, authorities are apparently afraid that she may cause severe harm to others on the road.
"She's addicted to something and she's driving a deadly weapon and is going to kill someone. It scares the s**t out of me," a police source told website TMZ.
"She's on the same road as my wife and kids and I'm scared about getting a call in the middle of the night that my little one is dead."
