(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Paris Hilton's alleged stalker has been ordered to stand trial, according to reports.

James Rainford was arrested on July 4 in Malibu after being found outside of the socialite's rented beach home.

He was ordered to stay away from Paris last year so is in violation of that, RadarOnline are reporting.

James was charged with two felony counts of stalking and three misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order.

The accused man also attacked Paris' then-boyfriend Cy Waits on April 27 as they couple walked into a California courthouse to testify against Nathan Parada who was accused of felony burglary at Paris' Beverly Hills home.

James was held by the reality star's bodyguard and handed over to the police.

His arraignment has been set for August 29 2011 and he is currently being held on $30,000 bail and remains in jail.

Paris recently flew to the Philippines to announce her new real estate venture.

But she reportedly lost two cell phones on a flight to promote a hotel resort and was captured on camera searching through a bag looking upset while surrounded by airline staff.

However, Paris still managed to tweet to her fans and posted "I love you" to her supporters in the local Tagalog language. (C) Cover Media
