Pawan Kalyan is playing the lead role in the film 'Gabbar Singh', a remake of the Hindi blockbuster 'Dabangg'. Pawan Kalyan has joined hands with Harish Shankar, of 'Mirapakay' fame, to remake this huge film. This film is set start shooting from the second week of May. In this time frame, the filmmakers are in search for the rest of the cast & crew for this film.

'Gabbar Singh' is produced by Pawan's home production Pawan Kalyan Creative Works.

Kajal Agarwal is expected to play the leading lady in 'Gabbar Singh' opposite Pawan Kalyan, the role that was played by debutante Sonakshi Sinha in the original. Sonakshi had received a lot of accolades for her role in the film and we hope that Kajal surpasses all expectations.
