(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Britains Prince William and Prince Harry have arrived at Westminster Abbey.

The royal brothers left Clarence House a few minutes ago dressed in military uniform and made their way to the Abbey in a special car.

The 29-year-old is due to wed his fiance Kate Middleton at 11am.

The prince has chosen a smart military uniform to welcome married life, wearing the famous red tunic of the Irish guards with the order's blue sash pinned to his chest.

William's best man and younger brother Harry looked smart in his military ensemble of the Blues and Royals' regiment.

The pair waved to fans along their route to the Abbey which was lined with Union Jack flags.

Many had anticipated that William would wear an RAF uniform in recognition of his present role serving as a helicopter pilot with the Search and Rescue Force in Anglesey.

But St James's Palace said that the prince has chosen the red tunic of the Irish Guards since that was "his highest rank".

The last time that a royal groom married in red was in 1973 when Captain Mark Phillips wed Princess Anne. (C) Cover Media
