Priyanka Chopra has become one of the highest paid actresses in Bollywood. According to an insider, PeeCee was paid a whopping 1.25 crore for a  4 minute dance performance at a recently held award function.

Her high-octane performance started as she stepped out of her swanky car on the red carpet and danced her way to the award show's stage.The whole idea was to cash in on her pop star avatar at the award night.

A source says,"Priyanka and her team had worked hard on the concept and her styling. She danced to the tunes of Assalam E Ishqum from 'Gunday'. The organisers had to loosen their purse strings to pay her Rs 1.25 crore for the performance. This also makes her one of the highest paid Bollywood celebrities for shows."
