Superstar Rajinikanth is known for keeping his fans guessing about him and his films. He proved this once again on Saturday, when he suddenly left for Hong Kong to start a fresh schedule of shooting for his forthcoming film 'Kochadaiyaan'.
This abroad trip of the numero uno actor of south India was maintained as a closely guarded secret till the last minute. The media came to know about his Hong Kong journey when he came to the aiport at the eleventh hour for check in and other formalities.
When probed, sources close to the unit said the third schedule (the first two were completed in London and Kerala, respectively) will go on in Hong Kong for a week and some crucial scenes on Rajini will he shot at a state of the art studio there.
Directed by Rajini's younger daughter Soundarya R. Ashwin, 'Kochadaiyaan' is made in 3D, using performance capturing technology. A. R. Rahman is scoring the music, while story, screenplay and dialogues are by K. S. Ravikumar.
