They have been trying to hide their love from the media, but what Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif did not realize was that in the process, the two could have met with an accident during their recent 'low-key' rendezvous.

Ranbir, who purchased a new Mercedes SUV, was taking Katrina out for a drive around his house in Pali Hill, Bandra. The actor had no clue that his neighbour Imran Khan had thrown a party in honor of his mama Aamir Khan's movie 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak' completing 25 years. 

Cameramen were outside Imran's house to cover the event, and the minute they spotted Ranbir's car, they started walking in that direction to click Ranbir and Katrina's pictures thinking that the two were there for the party too.

In order to avoid the shutterbugs, Ranbir turned his car in full speed and was almost going to crash into a car coming from the opposite direction. Suddenly, Ranbir slammed the brakes and was in a state of shock; the actor then opted to simply drive back home after the incident.

A piece of advice Ranbir, don't risk your life in hiding your 'Ajab Prem' with the 'Gazab Kat'.
