Two of the most awaited films of this year - Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Bombay Velvet' and Aamir Khan's 'P.K' were slated to release around christmas.

However, we now hear that the release date of Ranbir's film has been pushed to another date in order to avoid a clash with Aamir's film.

Even though Bombay Velvet's release date was announced way before they started shooting, reports now suggest that after 'P.K' was announced to release on the same date, the makers decided to change the date of their film.

Though Bombay Velvet's director Anurag Kashyap has not confirmed about the shift of release date, he did say that he was upset with Rajkumar Hirani about not informing him about P.K's release date.
