Rob Kardashian: I'll beat Kim on DWTS

6th September 2011

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Rob Kardashian is "bragging" that he will last longer than his sister Kim Kardashian on Dancing with the Stars.

The reality TV star is a contestant on the latest season of the popular US show. Kim was the third celebrity sent home on the seventh series and Rob is confident he can do better than his older sibling.

"Rob is still talking a big game... because we're told he's bragging constantly to big sis Kim that he will top her DWTS performance by making it past week three," reports TMZ.

Even though Rob is positive he will be a hit on the show, he is reportedly too nervous to spend time rehearsing.

The 24-year-old has been paired with professional dancer Cheryl Burke and while the other contestants are keen to spend hours perfecting their moves, Rob prefers shorter practice sessions.

"Sources close to the show tell us Rob is very nervous and has refused to rehearse longer than two hours with Cheryl Burke," the website reported. "While most of the contestants are logging more than five hour practices. We're told Cheryl is fed up with what she perceives to be Rob's lack of interest in the show."

Meanwhile, Gloria Allred is fighting back against the negative reaction to Chaz Bono competing on the show.

The feminist lawyer is planning to host a party later this month, where she will dance with every transgendered person who attends.

Chaz completed his gender transition from female to male in 2008 and was recognised as a man by the state of California in May 2010. As a transgender advocate, Chaz has also addressed the controversy that has arisen as a result of his involvement with the show.

"There's so many just completely inaccurate stereotypes and thoughts that people have," he said last week. (C) Cover Media
