(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Robert Pattinson says getting to "make out" with girlfriend Kristen Stewart in the sea was a good "send off" to the Twilight movies.

The two stars are Edward Cullen and Bella Swan in the franchise, which has now wrapped. The penultimate movie, Breaking Dawn Part 1, is out later this month, with the final picture hitting screens next year.

Robert and Kirsten shot many scenes on their own as the franchise wrapped, which he loved.

"The last day in Canada was semi-miserable. We did two weeks of might shoots and it was freezing cold and horrible but shooting in the Caribbean was pretty amazing. It was just me and Kristen shooting on the beach and making out in the sea all night. It was beautiful. It was a nice little send off," he told Look magazine.

The final two movies see Bella and Edward marrying and having a child. Robert admits finding the scenes where the baby was involved particularly tough.

"It was horrible doing the birth scene, especially because we did it with a real baby covered in cream cheese and jelly, it's quite graphic," he admitted. (C) Cover Media
