(Cover) - EN Star Style - A top dermatologist has revealed his top tips for looking stunning in a backless dress a la Anne Hathaway.

The stunning actress looked gorgeous in a backless gown at this year's Golden Globe Awards thanks to her flawless skin. Dresses with a back cleavage' are a big trend this summer and have been spotted on the red carpet not only on Anne, but many other Hollywood beauties including Claire Danes and Emma Stone.

For glowing Hollywood skin, dermatologist Eric Schweiger has revealed his top tips to pull off this sexy trend with confidence.

"To get rid of body breakouts, cleanse your back and chest with a face or body wash that contains benzoyl peroxide (5% or higher) or salicylic acid (2% is ideal)," he told US Weekly. "Use it with the Clarisonic PLUS, which has an attachable body brush to buff away dead skin cells and remove more dirt and oil than regular washing. Post-shower, spot-treat zits with the same drying potion that you use on your face. For really stubborn body acne, ask your derm about prescription medications, chemical peels and laser treatments which are all more effective than OTC at-home options."

As well as clearing up your skin, the New-York based skin expert says you should also protect it from harmful influences and prevent it from the first signs of ageing. Eric also revealed that no bare back is complete without a gorgeous LA glow.

"Apply an antioxidant-rich serum and a daily moisturizing sunscreen every day to prevent a rough, "crepe-y" appearance," he said.
