Shahid Kapoor's hunt for a new property has finally come to an end.

Apparently, the actor has purchased a plush apartment in Praneta, a building located at Juhu Tara Road, costing a whopping sum of approximately Rs. 32 crore.

Intrestingly, Shahid's once rumored ex-girlfriend Vidya Balan, who is now married to UTV's head honcho Siddharth Roy Kapur also lives in the same building; which makes Shahid and Vidya neighbours.

Shahid currently lives in Yari Road and it's unclear if he plans to shift to this new apartment or utilizes it as his office or has simply taken it as another investment.
