The British comedian was honoured at US Cosmopolitan magazines Fun, Fearless Males of 2011 event at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York last night. The 35-year-old has joked he considered raiding his wife Katys cosmetics collection in honour of the celebrated evening.

Katy and Russell wed last year following a whirlwind romance. Katy recently debuted photographs from their marriage ceremony while performing at the Grammy Awards, and they are said to be very happy together.

As Katy is currently on a gruelling 95-date worldwide tour while Russell is promoting his new film Arthur, it can be hard for them to spend time together. It has now been claimed the pair keep the spark alive in their marriage by sending each other naughty text messages.
