(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Ryan Reynolds hates being followed by paparazzi, insisting he doesnt crave publicity like other stars.

The 34-year-old Canadian actor is fast becoming one of Hollywoods best-loved movie stars, and his marriage to wife of two years Scarlett Johansson means hes often in the spotlight.

Ryan doesnt appreciate too much attention from the public though, and admits the celebrity aspect of being a film star doesnt appeal to him. He understands that some A-list stars crave attention to make them feel important, but he feels good about himself regardless.

"People are supposed to just see me impartially on screen without thinking about something I might do at home with my wife. Paris Hilton might need 5,000 photographers chasing her to not feel invisible. I don't," he asserted in an interview with the German edition of OK! magazine.

Ryan is head over heels in love with beautiful Scarlett, and their marriage is considered one of the strongest in showbiz. The handsome actor understands he could get hurt one day, in the same way anybody in love could, simply because of the fragile nature of romance.

"Love is something that scares you. You always take the risk of getting hurt. But if you shun that, you won't get a reward. In the end fear is the bait for a relationship. Especially because you can't be sure you are addicted to love," he mused. (C) Cover Media
