Ryan Seacrest is getting his own television network.
The television host turned media mogul has partnered with music company AEG, talent agency CAA and billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban.
Ryan will rebrand Mark's current HDNET channel as AXS TV from this summer, The Hollywood Reporter claims.
The network, pronounced Access, will feature plenty of live lifestyle and entertainment programming as well as lots of music shows, using AEG's assets as a tour promoter and venue owner.
Ryan will apparently just be a stakeholder in the venture and will not lend his presenting skills to any of the shows on the channel.
The 37-year-old is already host of E! News and American Idol and has his own production company that produces the Kardashian line of reality shows.
