(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Samantha Ronson appeared to be smirking in her mugshot taken after her Driving Under the Influence (DUI) arrest yesterday.

The celebrity DJ was pulled over at 10.30am yesterday morning on her drive back from Las Vegas.

In the mugshot released by authorities today, the 33-year-old ex-girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan looked directly into the camera and had a defiant half-smile on her face.

Samantha was travelling back from Sin City where she had DJ'd at Lavo nightclub in the Palazzo Casino on Sunday night.

She is said to have been pulled over in her black Porsche for speeding and when she was given a field sobriety test which did not go well.

Samantha, listed on her booking sheet as 5' 7" and 102 pounds, was taken to nearby Barstow police station where she was confirmed to be over the legal limit.

She was released from jail at 5.23pm, according to RadarOnline and continued her journey home.

Lindsay moved right next door to Samantha who turns 34 on Sunday - earlier this year and they are said to have remained friends after their break up in 2009. (C) Cover Media
