It is heard that Samantha Ruth Prabhu who has been completing all her prior commitments, as she stayed away from the sets due to her illness, is roped in for another film.

Director A.L. Vijay, one of the famous movie-makers in the Tamil film industry is discussing his next venture and they have asked Samantha to play the lead opposite actor Vijay.

The director will soon meet the actress and discuss the script and story with her, though sources from her side claim that she has been approached for the film, but she hasn't heard from the unit after that.

Samantha has been very busy with her projects in Tamil and Telugu. Besides the leads, G.V. Prakash is roped in as the music composer, Nirav Shah as the cinematographer and Anthony Gonsalves as the editor.
