Sanjay Dutt, who was out on furlough in the recent past will have to stay in the prison for 4 more days.
Ram Shinde, Home Minister, Maharashtra informed as the actor has spent extra days outside the jail after his leave period had ended, he will have to stay behind the bars for four more days.
He said, "A departmental inquiry would ordered against erring prison officials and action would be taken against them for the delay in deciding the extension of furlough."
Sanjay's furlough ended on January 8, however, the actor was sent back home as the decision on extension of his furlough was pending.
Shinde further said,"His furlough was rejected after two days but Dutt remained out of prison until then."
