Sarah Harding can't wear long boots

16th May 2011

(Cover) - EN Star Style - Sarah Harding says the one fashion item she can't pull off is calf-length boots.

The singer found fame in British pop group Girls Aloud, and has also ventured into acting with roles in films such as St. Trinian's and the sequel St. Trinian's II: The Legend of Fritton's Gold.

Sarah enjoys experimenting with her dress sense, although over the years she has come to learn what suits her and what doesn't. Although she is a fan of heels, the star tends to favour flats on a day-to-day basis, and thinks she looks terrible in raunchy long boots.

"Always wear flat shoes when you are shopping. I rarely wear heels during the day unless I have meetings, as I find them an absolute killer. And I can't pull off calf-length boots they make my legs look stumpy and fat," she told guardian.co.uk.

Sarah has sported a variety of different looks over the years, having switched from blonde locks to brunette earlier this year. She likes to vary her clothing too, although considers anything black to be a failsafe option.

"I'm a bit of a chameleon. My style changes depending on my mood, as I get bored really quickly. I love wearing black. It's a real base for everything else hair, make-up, accessories and it's always flattering," she added. (C) Cover Media
