Sarah Jessica Parker "wakes up" thinking about her kids.

The actress and her husband Matthew Broderick are parents to nine-year-old James Wilkie and two-year-old twins Tabitha and Marion.

Sarah Jessica is bothered by all the normal parental duties, such as whether her son has got everything he needs for school.

"I usually wake up thinking Oh my gosh, did James Wilkie sign that technology consent form for school that's due on Tuesday?' That's what I woke up thinking about last night," she told the British edition of Hello! magazine.

The star leads a very normal home life.

Sarah Jessica still goes grocery shopping and rides the subway in her hometown of New York.

"My life has changed in some ways, but living in New York you're out on the street every day," she explained. "I go to the grocery store on my own, I take my children to school, I find a cab, jump on the subway..."
