Young director Saravanan, who has hogged the limelight with the recently released Engeyum Eppodhum, is getting ready for his second film. If sources are to be believed, Arya will play the lead role in the project.

'The film will be produced by Lingusamy's Tirupathi Brothers. The ace director, who watched Engeyum Eppodhum at a special sreening recently, decided immediately to produce the next venture of Saravanan,' sources say.

It was Lingusamy himself who recommended Arya for the lead role, it is said, as the director is said to be impressed with the actor's skills, as he is currently working with him for Vettai, which also has Madhavan, Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul in lead roles.

Lingusamy is at present producing Kumki directed by Prabhu Solomon and Vazhakku Enn 18/9 directed by Balaji Sakthivel. His production house Tirupathi Brothers is being taken care of by his younger brother Subash Chandrabose.
