Sathyaraj, who was last seen playing a powerful role in Vijay's Nanban, will now be seen playing an important character in director Sathya Siva's next venture - Sivappu.

Sathya Siva made a memorable debut in Kazhugu recently. The movie starred Krishna and Bindu Madhavin in lead roles and was the appreciated by many.

Now, Sathya Siva is ready with next venture Sivappu. The film will have Tollywood hero Naveen Chandra and Rupa Manjari of Thiru Thiru Thuru Thuru fame, as the lead pair.

Sathyaraj, Thambi Ramaiah and Selva will play important roles in the film. Talking about the film, the director says, "Sivappu means love, anger, poverty or death. This story showcases the life of construction labourers' in southern parts of Tamilnadu."
