(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Selena Gomez has told her fans she has recovered from the mystery illness that saw her hospitalised recently.

The 18-year-old singer-and-actress was rushed to hospital last week over reports she was suffering from severe headaches. Selena has been spotted receiving treatment once more at the same Californian hospital over the weekend.

While the cause of her illness has yet to be been disclosed, several reports are claiming she had blood pressure issues during her first visit. However, Selena insists she is fine and is set to make a public appearance later on Monday to promote her new movie Monte Carlo.

"Feeling much better, thank you all for being so understanding," she posted on Twitter. "Can't wait to see you all today at Santa Monica Place for the Monte Carlo kick off."

"Just wanted to say thank you so much for all of the get well wishes. I love you guys so much," she added on her Facebook page.

There was also speculation Selena was expecting a baby with her boyfriend Justin Bieber. However, TMZ have confirmed the reports are false. (C) Cover Media
