Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali invited Madhuri Dixit for the unveiling the first look of his upcoming production 'Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi'. 

The film is Sanjay's sister Bela Bhansali Sehgal debut directorial venture and Sanjay keenly wanted Madhuri to be a part of the first look launch. Madhuri too happily agreed to be a part of the process and exclaimed that she was looking forward to the film.

"It was a pleasure to be at the unveiling ceremony. My association with Sanjayji goes back to 'Devdas'. I have interacted with Belaji too. It is such an unusual story. When you think of Shirin and Farhad, you think of a classic love story. But here they are two very cute characters and I think it will do really well. I wish it all the best," said Madhuri about the film which has Farah Khan and Boman Irani playing the lead roles.

While Bela makes her debut as a director with this flick, it also marks Farah Khan's entry into acting. 

Madhuri also gave her best wishes to the team, "I want to wish Farah and Bomanji all the best. I had interacted with Farah during my film 'Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam'. She was the choreographer. She is fun to work with and I really love her work," added Madhuri.  

In turn, Bhansali too expressed his gratitude and thanked her for being there, "I want to thank Madhuri for being here. It is a very special gesture and a very special moment for me," said SLB.
