After Nayanthara allegedly split with her beau Prabhu Deva and decided to make a comeback to films, there have been rumours that she would soon be teaming up with ex-flame Silambarasan for an upcoming flick that the actor had already signed.

In fact, STR has reportedly said in an earlier interview that he would have no qualms about acting with Nayan if the situation did arise.

Vetri Maaran, who is busy working on his next film "Vada Chennai", has been open about his cast that includes STR and Andrea.

But for some reason, he has kept his heroine under wraps. The latest buzz doing the rounds is that he is trying to rope in the "Billa" girl for the lead. He is making all efforts to bring the hot pair together again, on screen, the source adds.

A close aide of Vetrimaaran denied any such developments saying that they were just cooked-up stories.
