The 50-year-old music mogul has a packed work schedule, and is currently juggling his TV obligations with managing his record label. Simon and his fiance Mezhgan Hussainy are also planning their upcoming wedding, meaning Simon is trying harder than ever to find ways to unwind.

He discovered go-karting, where people drive miniature cars around a tiny racetrack, on a recent holiday and has fallen in love with it. He has also started hosting more dinner parties because cooking is another thing that helps him relax.

Well we went go-karting recenlty, which I loved, Simon said when asked how he calms himself down after a busy day. This was when I was in St Tropez. Being with my friends makes me relax. Ive got friends coming tonight for dinner.

I can switch off while I have dinner and Im taking more holidays than I used to. But its my choice whether I work hard and I still like my work and I do work hard.

Simon enjoys his job and has no plans to retire any time soon. He admits it can be stressful and exhausting, however, saying he can never turn his mobile phone off because there is always something that needs his attention.
