Director Siva is all excited these days. His happiness knows no bounds, for just one reason - he has been handpicked by Ajith to direct his next film, to be produced by Vijays Productions.

"I've been a huge fan of Ajith for years. Directing Ajith is a dream come true. I couldn't believe my ears when I received a call from him, asking me to direct his next film," says an all smiles Siva.

A well known filmmaker in Tollywood, Siva is a Tamilian by birth. He stepped into Kollywood with Siruthai, a remake of Telugu hit Vikramarkudu. Ajith is believed to have been impressed by the movie, which inspired him to ask Siva to direct his next film.

"As soon as I received a call from Ajith, I rushed to his place and narrated a storyline to him. Impressed by it, he gave me a green signal," said Siva, who is currently busy directing a Telugu movie starring Ravi Teja and Tapsee Pannu.
