Actress Sonal Chauhan's latest release '3G', has turned out to be a disappointment both on the commercial and critical front. But the film has done some good to Sonal whose 'simple girl' image was shed with her sexy avatar in the flick.

She underwent a makeover as she transformed from a girl-next-door to a sizzling siren in the film. And it was this transformation that has got her attention.

She was recently invited to attend the F1 Malaysian Grand Prix which is being held from today, March 22 to 24, 2013. The organizers were keen to have someone from Bollywood who will represent the current lot in the Hindi film industry. And not many know that Sonal is a diehard F1 fan. Hence, when she was offered the opportunity, she bagged it without wasting any time.

Apparently, the event organizers have also invited superstar Shah Rukh Khan who too is a self confessed sports enthusiast. No wonder she gave her nod to attend the do!!!
