Director Abhinav Kashyap rose to fame after the film 'Dabangg' with Salman Khan. The industry was speculating that Abhinav would direct 'Dabangg 2' as well, but it did come as a surprise when Abhinav had a disagreement with Salman and Arbaaz Khan over 'Dabangg 2' which lead to Arbaaz Khan directing it.

Abhinav was then rumored to work on a movie titled 'Project 18' with Shah Rukh Khan in the lead, but that did not happen. The filmmaker hit the limelight again as he roped in Ranbir Kapoor for 'Besharam' which is written and directed by Abhinav himself.

Now, the latest news in tinsel town is that Abhinav has teamed up with Shah Rukh Khan this time for his next. The news has certainly set off many alarms in tinsel town; given SRK and Salman being archrivals in the industry. The director has taken his rivalry with Salman to the next level by now opting to direct a movie with SRK.

Abhinav is currently working towards the release of 'Besharam' later this year on October 2 and SRK is gearing up for 'Chennai Express' which releases on August 8. But according to sources, the two will start working together on their untitled next by the end of this year.

'Dabangg', 'Besharam' and now his next with SRK, looks like Abhinav is definitely on a roll.
