Yesterday was indeed an evening to celebrate as Bollywood welcomed one of Hollywood's most renowned and famous filmmakers Steven Spielberg. The who's who of B-Town clinked glasses with the director and producer as they shared their insights about filmmaking with each other.

Hindi cinema's veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan was in conversation with Steven for almost an hour and thirty minutes, where the two discussed about their respective film fraternities at great lengths.

All excited about his chat with the maverick filmmaker, Big B wrote on his microblogging site, "A scintillating evening with Mr Steven Spielberg .. films relations scripts trends future .. and more !!"

While in conversation, Steven stated that he wasn't very familiar with Bollywood but he did watch a few movies out of which he loved '3 Idiots' the most.

Besides Big B, many other filmmakers and actors attended the event to meet Steven. It seems like it was a pretty fulfilling evening for all.

The 'Ambanis' will also be throwing a lavish party for him at their home today.
