Sundar C who is back to direction after a break, has found an 'apt' title for his comeback venture, which is said to be a commercial entertainer loaded with humour.

If sources are to be believed, the film which stars Vimal, Mirchi Shiva and Anjali in lead roles, has been christened Masala, a title which Sundar C feels fits very well to the knot of the story.

"Shooting of the film will start very soon. To be produced by Kushboo Sundar on Avni Cinemax Banner, the movie would be on lines with Ullathai Alli Tha and Winner, two of the blockbusters of Sundar in the past," say sources.

Meanwhile, Vimal and Anjali have expressed happiness to be part of Masala. Both the actors shared the screen space earlier in Thoonganagaram. "It is a privilege to work with Sundar. He is known for films which have loads of humour," they said.

Sundar C, a popular director, took a break from making films, after he started donning the greasepaint, in films such as Thalaingaram, Perumal, Thee, Aindham Padai and Nagaram Marupakkam and so on.
