Tickling our funny bones in 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2' and playing a pivotal role in the 100 cr club film in 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety', Sunny Singh has now bagged yet another role and this time in Ronnie Screwvala's production venture. This yet to be titled film is directed by debutant Amit Joshi, who has previously written Vikramaditya Motwane's Rajkummar Rao starrer critically acclaimed film 'Trapped'.

The shooting of the film would go on floors by the end of August and will be shot in the picturesque locations of North India. 

A source close to the makers revealed, "It is a slice-of-life film which revolves around friendship and will feature Sunny as a flirtatious North Indian as well as a lot of comedy, the film also features the Dil Dhadakne Do and A Death In the Gunj fame actor Vikrant Massey plays Sunny’s buddy in the film"

The 29-year-old will also mark a special appearance in Akiv Ali's romantic comedy featuring Ajay Devgn and Tabu in the lead.
