The festival of lights and crackers, Diwali gave us two important movies 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' (JTHJ) starring Shah Rukh Khan and 'Son of Sardaar' (SOS) starring Ajay Devgn. While both the movies competed with each other, 'JTHJ' is still ahead of the latter.
After Yash Raj Films and Ajay Devgn's production house had a tiff over who would get more screens for their movie, they still made it through the first week of release, attracting enough of crowd.
Now, it is heard that the next two movies to fight for more screens would be 'Talaash' starring Aamir Khan and 'Khiladi 786' starring Akshay Kumar.
Though 'Talaash' releases on November 30 and 'Khiladi 786' releases on December 7, both the films have over 2000 theatres to be screened throughout. But, the twist here is that 'Talaash' wants the same amount of theatres for the second week as well, which in turn would affect Akshay's film.
'Talaash's distribution team have decided to follow their strategy as it's an Aamir Khan film after three years and the advance booking for the film has already begun before it usually does.
Let us hope all goes well between both the movies to avoid any rough edges between the stars once again.
