Tara Sutaria who is marking her Bollywood debut with Karan Johar's 'Student of the Year 2' has bagged yet another role. The actress will be now paired opposite 'A Gentleman' actor Sidharth Malhotra in Milap Zaveri's 'Marjaavan'. The film would also mark Riteish Deshmukh in a major role.

Moreover, it been four years now that Sidharth and Riteish reunite after 'Ek Villain'. Speaking about Marjaavan, the film is produced by Nikkhil Advani and Bhushan Kumar. This romantic action drama is slated to release on October 2, 2019. The film will be released three days before Dusshera on Gandhi Jayanti following a long weekend which is a good strategy to pull the audiences. 

Nikkhil described Marjaavan as violent, dramatic love story. He spoke to a leading daily, "This time too, the expectations are high as Sidharth and Riteish have delivered a huge hit in the past. Also, with Milap at the helm post the confidence he has gained from Satyameva Jayate and his strength in the dialogue and drama department we are confident we have another winner. Tara joining the team just adds to the freshness and excitement. Her character is one of the USPs of the film."

The producer also mentioned the fact that he needs a pleasant and catchy score for his film and the music artists are not yet revealed.
