(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Taylor Armstrong is said to be "hysterical" after being notified that her estranged husband Russell was found dead last night.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had filed for divorce from the financier last month after claiming he was abusive to her.

She is currently caring for the couple's five-year-old daughter Kennedy but is reportedly unsure how to break the news to the little girl.

"Taylor has been up all night. She is hysterical, and can barely speak," an insider told RadarOnline. "She doesn't know how she is going to be able to tell her daughter."

Russell was found hanging in the bedroom of a house he was sharing with a friend in the Mulholland Drive area of Los Angeles.

The 47-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene and it is reported that no drugs, alcohol or suicide note was found.

Russell reportedly had lots of financial issues and was being sued by business partners and was said to be millions of dollars in debt.

The pair had lived a lavish lifestyle which was captured by the reality television cameras for the hit show, with Taylor spending $60,000 on her daughter's birthday party.

Stars of the show including Camille Grammer, Adrienne Maloof and Paris Hilton's aunt Kyle Richards have all tweeted their condolences and prayers to the family.

"My sympathy and condolences go out to Taylor and Kennedy. My thoughts and prayers are with them," Camille posted on her Twitter page.

"All of us at Bravo are deeply saddened by this tragic news. Our sympathy and thoughts are with the Armstrong family at this difficult time," a spokesperson for network Bravo wrote. (C) Cover Media
