Kangana Ranaut showed her intense acting skills in the movie 'Rangoon' in which she was last seen. Now the teaser of Hansal Mehta's film 'Simran' starring Kangana has released and showcases the actress in a very different avatar. Hansal Mehta shared it on his Twitter handle and captioned it as, "It's Monday and she will give you many reasons to smile. Here is the #Simran teaser. #SmileWithSimran #Simran."

The teaser focuses more on Kangana's character rather than the other aspects of the film. In the whole one minute long clip, there is no single dialogue, no revelation of the storyline and nothing. It only shows Kangana as a Gujarati girl Praful Patel- A girl who enjoys her life to the fullest, she tries different types of wigs, she dances and enjoys her happy moments, she smiles, she pouts, she falls, she struts and she does all the quirky things which one can do. It is expected that the trailer will reveal the exact storyline as the teaser fails to do so.

It is also said that she is playing a house keeper in the film who aspires to go to the US. The film also stars Sohum Shah in the lead and is slated for a release on September 15, 2017.
