Sanjay Dutt is out on parole for a month as wife Manyata needs to get operated.
Earlier in November, Manyata complained of a severe stomach pain and later was detected with tumors which were high risk. The doctors have asked Manyata to get operated right away.
While Manyata will be hospitalized, Sanjay will be taking care of his twins and run the household.
A lot of people questioned why law was favoring Sanjay Dutt, however, the star clarified all doubts by talking to press and presenting his case.
"There is a book about the rules and regulation for parole and furlough. Last time I was out on a furlough. This time, it is a parole. Everyday people get out on either a parole or a furlough. So, there is not a case of favoritism towards me. I have come in a line...I have come in a process."
"My application was referred, and after that, reports of doctor treating my wife and police had been sent. After this, I was granted a parole. So, there is no case of favoritism", Dutt told reporters outside his suburban Bandra residence here in the evening.
