Ramgopal Varma, following controversy over the title of his film ‘Bejawada Rowdeelu’, has decided to re-christen it ‘Bejawada’. The film stars Naga Chaitanya in the lead role. Amala Paul is the heroine.

Says Ramgopal Varma, “Due to certain inexplicable reasons, the title has been changed. I shall never be disclosing the reasons,” he said.

He said that the movie will be finishing its shoot after canning of song sequences in Switzerland and Italy between 10th to 20th September.

Producer Kiran Kumar Koneru, who co-produces the movie with Ramgopal Varma, said that ‘Bejawada’ is yet another full-length commercial film from the cannon of RGV. “It will be interesting and entertaining,” he said.
