Tori Spelling released from hospital

27th September 2012

Tori Spelling is "overjoyed" to be out of hospital.

The mother-of-four welcomed son Finn into the world via caesarean section on August 30 - but a problem arose three weeks later.

Tori, 39, was rushed to hospital on September 15 "to fix a dangerous complication from her recent childbirth", TMZ reported at the time.

Tori has now taken to her personal blog to thank fans for their support throughout her ordeal.

"Hi everyone - I wanted to let you know that I am home from the hospital, on the road to recovery, and overjoyed to be back with my family. I am so thankful for all of your love and support these past couple of weeks. It has meant so much to me. I will be back to blogging tomorrow, so stay tuned! Love, Tori (sic)," she wrote on her ediTORIal website today.

Tori and husband Dean McDermott also have Liam, five, Stella, four and 11-month-old Hattie together.

Tori has previously hinted she doesn't want to add to her brood, and it was recently reported that the star told her partner that is definitely the case.

"She told Dean in no uncertain terms that the baby-making shop is closed," a source said. "She told Dean she's never putting her body through that again. She has two girls and two boys now a perfect time to stop."
