Tori Spelling reportedly "misses her children terribly" while recovering in hospital from surgery.

The American star and her spouse Dean McDermott have Liam, five, Stella, four, Hattie, 11 months, and three-week-old son Finn together.

Tori underwent an operation to repair a dangerous complication that arose from childbirth over a week ago.

Apparently the issue can be traced back to the Caesarian section she had while delivering Finn on August 30.

Tori has not yet left the medical centre and desperately wants to go home.

"Tori is still in the hospital," source told Radar Online.

"She misses her children terribly, but Dean and the kids go to see her as often as they can."

After giving birth to her daughter Hattie last October, Tori was hospitalised for migraines.

Tori has hinted she doesn't want any more children and has now apparently told Dean that is definitely the case.

"She told Dean in no uncertain terms that the baby-making shop is closed," a source told Star magazine recently.

"She told Dean she's never putting her body through that again. She has two girls and two boys now a perfect time to stop."
